Today I have eaten two caramello koalas, 4 pieces of snack chocolate and 6 mini spring rolls. I feel like crap now and am sooo angry with myself!

Dont beat yourself up. Just be good for the rest of today! And remember, tomorrow is a new day!
A treat or a piece of chocolate here or there is not going to kill your weight loss success. Just get back on the wagon and keep going!

Go for a walk or do some exercise, that should make you feel better! And don't be angry at yourself - we all slip up now and then. Just go make up for it!

like the others have said go for a walk. Just do something a little more than what you would normally do... and don't invoke my typical saying of "well I've been bad already so the rest of the day is a write of so I may as well binge away..." Be good for the rest of the day :) You'll feel so much better for it :)

Thanks guys, I should have taken your advice Sas, I finished the day off (at 10pm) with a toasted sandwich with fried egg, cheese and bacon and several lamingtons. RIDICULOUS!
