Thank you so much for sharing that with all of us. I slipped up yesterday and today and really needed some inspiring words. Also wanted to add a little saying I have written to help myself as well, it may help others too. "Stay on Weight Loss Street, and even though it is sometimes a rocky, winding, uphill road, remember to always enjoy the journey, because we WILL reach our destination in due time with the greatest sense of pride and achievement, so never ever give up!"

This actually stopped me from giving it - it's really inspirational!
Just because I slipped once, doesn't mean I can't become thin and healthy!

These are great tips! You can never give up after some slip! So you did slip, so what?! Tomorrow is a new day, and you will be able to change everything! I also do have those slips, but I am not too strong to myself, because there is no point of that.

So I did eat what I should not, so what? I cannot change it at this day, because I did it, but I can change that on the next day! My advice is not to blame yourself for that you ate, for example, chocolate, I even eat it that I could gain more energy. I simply eat a small amount of it, but still do lose my weight!

I guess it really can inspire a people not to give up , but keep going. That's a pretty good idea to write it down and keep in front of eyes for example in the kitchen or next to mirror - just to keep in mind that we all can make mistakes, but mistakes are not the reson to give up! Thanks for sharing it!
