Thank you so much for sharing that with all of us. I slipped up yesterday and today and really needed some inspiring words. Also wanted to add a little saying I have written to help myself as well, it may help others too. "Stay on Weight Loss Street, and even though it is sometimes a rocky, winding, uphill road, remember to always enjoy the journey, because we WILL reach our destination in due time with the greatest sense of pride and achievement, so never ever give up!"
