I know I know I shouldn't have had that packet of chips at my mum's house, I shouldn't have had all that meat and alcohol at the pub the other night. I shouldn't have had the hot fudge sunday at the shopping centre the other day.

ARGH!! Why do i sabotage myself. Well atleast I only put on 0.5kg. I need to get back on track and stop making excuses and realise i'm not supposed to have those foods anymore. Its a huge psychological change and i wonder if i really truelly have the will to do it. I know i need to lose weight and i want to for the wedding.

Looking at a positive tho, I am still 12kg down on my absolute heaviest. I just need to keep on going.

Don't worry, it's a small gain and it might be just what you need to give you a kick up the backside to get serious about your weight loss! :)

It's okay to have small indulgences now and then, but sounds like it was just a bit much.. maybe limit your indulgences to special occasions, so you can plan and look forward to it? Like.. I'm going to a wedding on Sunday, so I'm really looking forward to having a couple of drinks and eating the delicious food at the reception - and that's helping keep me on track for the rest of the week :)

Remember, it's what you do MOST of the time that determines the outcome. If you're eating healthy and exercising 80-90% of the time, that will show up :)
