oops, forgot

Postby Butterfly_Dawn » Tue Feb 07, 2006 6:25 am

I forgot, on Saturday night when I had guests for dinner. They brought a packet of chips and a packet of starburst lollies with them. The chips didn't get opened and are being kept till they come over again on Saturday. But the lollies got opened. I got talked into having one since they're a new product line. So I had ONE ONLY.

I thought I should include it in here as I forgot to put it in my daily food diary.

Hi Dawn

There is nothiong wrong with having one lollie - infact I would call that an achievement as you stoped at one lollie only.I am a big believer that there is nothing wrong with anything in moderation.
Good on you for stopping at the one lollie.
As for me I have a really big sweet tooth and I still enjoy what I like but now I buy everything in portion controlled sizes as oposed to the bulk buys as I just cant be trusted :D

Great control there Tegan
I organise my diet to have one mini cherry ripe every night (it stops the cravings)

Congratulations on stopping at 1, talk about control!

It's amazing what we can do if we put our minds too it.

Good on you!

HI Teagan

Just like the other girls said good on you for stopping at one. That is a good thing.Actually its better than having none at all because you controlled yourself and had just one and there is nothing wrong with that.

There is no "bad" foods its just eating everything in moderation and most of us got into trouble because we ate to much and to often of high energy foods.

I rekon you ought to be congratulated so well done and know that you did everything right.A little of what you fancy will not hurt at all.

Natalie. :)
