1 x family block of chocolate
6 x kids muslie bars
1 x sausage roll

so your choccie splurge is nothing!!!

I've had a few stressors at the moment and am starting to stress about the wedding already. So I think it's stress, but I've identified it and having done my food diary, belatedly, I just realised how much it actually has been over the last few days. Ah well, done now!! I'll just be sure to keep it in the back of my mind and be a bit more cautious while I'm stressed!

Aww Tegan, i hate when you feel stressed and eat, then guilty for eating, then stressed cos you feel eating is out of control, and on and on it goes! But your right its done now, cant take it back. Maybe you could start carrying chupa chops around if your a bit stressed, i can just see you running around with wedding prepartions with a chupa chop in tow! LOL

53 cals for a chupachup is okay I reckon - heaps better than choccie and if you make the chupachup last like half an hour and it reduces your other cravings, it's so worth it!
