I've had a few stressors at the moment and am starting to stress about the wedding already. So I think it's stress, but I've identified it and having done my food diary, belatedly, I just realised how much it actually has been over the last few days. Ah well, done now!! I'll just be sure to keep it in the back of my mind and be a bit more cautious while I'm stressed!
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
