Resisted temptation

Postby Butterfly_Dawn » Mon Mar 06, 2006 6:28 pm

I was sitting at my desk, going about my business, when one of the seniors came round with choccie easter eggs (already  ) and asked "which would you like, bounty or mars type?"

I said "not for me thanks, it will go straight to my bum!"

She said "oh you're allowed to have a bum working here!"

But I still resisted!

There was a time when I wouldn't have been able to resist, but I haven't had normal choccie for so long, commercial dark choccie is now very sweet to me, that choccie probably would have made me hurl!

I'm going to tell my family that I don't want much chocolate but if they can think of healthier options, like a fruit bowl between them all, or even something non-edible like sometrhing for my bike. If they HAVE to get me chocolate, a small block of high cocoa chocolate would be best (eg 70-80% cocoa).

My partner has said he's not getting me chocolate and My family won't get me much if I ask for that as they're really impressed with how I'm doing. Then all I have to worry about is what I get from the few friends I have who would get me something for easter and I can easily get rid of that around the place...work morning teas anyone?
