Before I started on this journey, I would eat lots at night. Just snacking infront of the TV or on the computer - usually was chocolate and coffee, ice-cream or cake - the bad things!
I thought I had kicked this habbit and started eating nothing after dinner (after 7-7:30 at the latest) so would drink tea and things to help - it was going great.
I don't know what has happened but now i'm finding myself wanting to snack again at night and i'm not even hungry! Not full, but not hungry.
Last night I had a slim secrets mintabolism bar around 8:30pm, and the night before 2 WW icec-creams
I'm going shopping today and won't be getting anymore WW IC's, low carb choc or any of those treats I tend to want to eat at night but what else can I do?
I'm not eating really fatty stuff, but this late night eating is affecting my weight loss I reckon. Do you think its just a case of willpower?
Normally i'd go for a walk or something and that does the trick with a cup of tea afterwards, but its been raining non stop and I was so tired after work that I didn't do anything!
All suggestions are welcome, or give me a pep talk and tell me to have some willpower!!!
