Hey fiona, little late here, but i find chupa chops (the lolly pops) to be great for when you have the snack attack that will not go away! They're sweet, not too many cals and last for ages. I find they help at TTOM when you just HAVE to have more food. LOL

I watched Oprah one day and they said not to eat 2 hours before bedtime. So I set a bedtime (usually about 10pm, but I usually get to bed at 11-12). So I dont eat after 8pm. I get hungry but I refuse to eat, I say to myself 'I dont need it'. That usually works for me. If that fails I have a piece of fruit.
SW: 91 kg
CW: 94.7 kg

2. 85.5kg (BMI in 'overweight' category)

5. 70kg (BMI in 'Normal' weight range)

If im feeling hungry after dinner I try water, if that doesnt work then I go and have a bath. By the time i finish in the bath its been 40 mins or so and i dont feel like eating just jumping into my nice warm bed. :lol:
