Hopefully i wont have to use this thread too often.

Today i started on the forum an i have something to confess for today (of course before i started up)....

I ate about 15 homemade small plain biscuits and to make things even worse i ate them with a big slab of peanut butter.

My gosh i dont even want to think about how many calories i consumed with this pig-out.

As i was eating i knew that i was doing the wrong thing but just COULD NOT STOP.

Never again.

That is one of my favourites which causes problems too. Sweet biscuits and peanut butter. Sometimes I add margarine, as if it's not fattening enough already. :lol: Good Luck with you future weightloss

Oh yes, biscuits are my weakness, especially chocolate type ones... you have confessed and thats good, now move one :wink:

Omg thats something i do too! ...sometimes i even dip a spoon of peanut butter into the sugar jar *looks around guiltily*
