Had another morning tea at work. Mostly stuck to the fruit that a co-worker throughfully provided, but I did have a couple of rice crackers with cheese and dip.
I did however resist the chocolate cake.
I'm not too worried about it as I've been doing alot of riding and as of next week plan to be riding 4 days per weeks and badminton 1 night a week which equates to 2hrs per day for at least 5 days per week.
I figured it has been a while since I last had some cheese so I treated myself.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
