Maybe you could plan ahead, now that you know what your trouble spots are. Try and find ways of making it so that you don't have to have bad things, or minimise it. Eg take a healthy lunch, grab some grapes rather than a chocolate bar, stuff like that.
But given that you're exercising, it might not be too bad.
Someone on here said they work out how much exercise they would have to do to work off X treat and sometime's that's enough to dissuade them.
