Well, we went to Cairns for a few days, and here are the naughty things I ate (not neccessarily in this order)....

Chinese food
Pizza
1 x beer
3 x full fat lattes
scone with cream and jam
macadamia ice-cream
Hot Chips with my croc and salad
crisps on the plane
Sprite (not sugar free)
Mango and Guava mineral water
instant noodles
biscuits
4 x glasses of chardonnay

:oops: :oops: :oops:

On the up side, we walked almost all day every day, and if we weren't walking we were swimming.

I gained a kilo, but my BMI actually went down. :?

you gained weight but it went down? that means u mustve got taller in 2 days :P

Nah,(I wish) I have access to one of those fancy shmancy scales that sends electrical impulses through your body and figures out what proportion is fat, water, and fat free mass (which includes muscle, bones and organs) It actually measures how many kilos of you are fat, ffm, and water. My fat went down and my muscle mass went up. :D The online calculators work on averages, and everyone is different. I think the old pinch test is more accurate on an individual basis.
