I have to confess, I didn't cheat on myself with Carb today. Not even close.
This is my third day and I thought I wouldn't be able NOT to cheat on the diet. Today one of my collegues brought pie to the office, for his birthday. Luckily it was all eaten before I could make my way to the office kitchen. That was my actual saviour.
Yesterday and the day before I cheated. Big time. I ate too much, and the wrong stuff as well. Today I didn't eat anything wrong, and even drank enough water. Only had one cup of coffee and a cappucino, besides 4 cups of green tea and 7 glasses of water, and only 1 diet coke in the evening!
I have to say I don't really feel fit and healthy. But I feel darn good on not cheating
