Lasanga oh yeah!

Postby brigette_bear » Tue Dec 23, 2008 10:27 am

Ok so I am so happy I have been craving my favourite foods for 3 weeks now and finally I have tasted the sweet joys of Lasanga.... Granted it was a Lean Cusine Lasanga so I still feel pretty good about it....

Oh if only they made a Low fat Quiche I would be set for life... :D

I know how you feel- 2 of my fav meals! Unfortunatly i am really fussy with my lasange and wont by those frozen ones- they just dont compare with a freshly made one. I just have small servings with a side salad so dont feel so quilty

You can make a low fat quiche, by lowering the amount of cheese or using a lite cheese and light milk, it lowers the fat content... and if you mix it with a large serve of salad it fills you up so you aren't looking for more later on :)
