I think it's great that despite the fact you never go over your calorie intake, you are still concerned about your snacking habits simply because you want to have a completely healthy mindset about the whole eating/body thing. I have managed to lose about 10% of my body weight and am the fittest I've ever been, but I still struggle with some old habits, such as craving sweets after dinner. It's amazing how you can lose weight without confronting your issues! But in order to keep it off and be completely healthy, I believe that you do have to confront these issues.
