i did enjoy it, but after i felt pretty horrible!
this morning i did my workout and instead of doing my cardio at the gym i went and did a 6.5km run around a lake near me.
it was wonderfull, all the lovely smells and scenery. it put me in such a good mood.
id be a dope to do it again, cause i felt sick all day yesterday and feeling as wonderfull as i do now i know i wont!
2010 goal: get to 56-8kg and keep fit & healthy!
