I just wanted to say, don't beat yourself up if you break your diet. I have struggled with overeating in the past but have recently started to kick my bad habits and get healthy, but there have been lots of bumps in the road. Many a time I have had way too much turkish bread and dip and lollies at a friend's lunch and freaked out. but what I've started to notice is that if you put it behind you, do a workout and keep trying, then sometimes it doesn't even show on the scales! Although it has led to me perhaps losing the weight more slowly, I have still managed to make progress, while at the same time allowing myself treats. I think it even helps your metabolism.
