I was searching the net a while ago and saw a pic of a really yummy queshe (one of these days I will find out how that is spelt- feel free to correct me), It was still on my mind when I walked around to the shops to grab some milk- beside the shop was a bakery and I could not resist, I walked in but they had no mini ones :( but then I saw the sausage rolls and before I knew it I was taking the first bite :evil:
I feel horrible right now- not so much from the guilt but from the pastry and the processed stuff inside the pastry! I dont like this feeling at all. I know I have been good enough this week for it to not make much of a difference come weigh in day but thats not the issue, those foods just dont sit well with me anymore.

Well, look on the upside. If you really didn't enjoy eating it then you're less likely to buy one next time! Your body was probably still remembering how good you thought it tasted back when you were eating things like that more regularly. Now your tastebuds know better and hopefully next time you look at one you'll remember that they don't really taste nice at all!

i did the same thing with south african lollies so dont worry mumnbub. and at least you have been good all week, more than i can say for myself..

at least you have filled that crack... i doubt you will be doing it again

ur going great... so dont even worry about it.

I know what you mean I can't really stomach fatty foods any more - Chocolate yes lol but sausage rolls and chips and fried things yuck. Not that it's a bad thing :lol:

I can't handle the hot chips anymore either. Hubby has come home with chicken hot packs and I have pinched a couple of chips with gravy on them, half an hour later I felt so seedy in the belly so I haven't done it for months. Oven chips though are a different story :oops: .

and i know the feeling, u treat urself to something fatty and it's not at all how u remember it, and u wish u'd had a tuna salad instead.. who knew we'd all become these healthy people? hehe :)

Yeah I always ask myself why did i do it, AFTER iv had it. and i NEVER learn lol.
I physically feel worse now after i eat takeaway foods or fatty foods, but it still tastes sooo good. Youd think id learn with how it makes me feel afterwards, but its so good while im eating it that i forget about it until im finished :P
