Stealthy Midnight Snacker

I midnight snack every night. Like get out of bed, go to the fridge and eat something! Its harder to control when you're sleepy!!! ;)

wow your keen! I cant even motivate myself to get up to go to the toilet! I have stairs though...maybe that is the answer! Move into a place that has a hefty set of stairs - trust me you will soon curb the habit!

Maybe you should invest in one of those fridge door alarms or anti kids lock. If you're sleepy, you might have trouble opening the fridge with a lock and with an alarm, it'll scare the crap out of you and hopefully stop you wanting to go back.

Oh man, its my worst habbit. And its not just when I wake up either, I like to stay up really late (sometimes till 4AM or more) and i snack during that time.

Even if I do that, sometimes I wake up around 7AM, have some food and go straight back to sleep, its double bad!

Go on google and look up "night eating syndrome" - very interesting. I felt kind of validated after reading through the information...

You are not alone, my dear.

I, too, am very guilty of the said crime for time to time. The hunger pang is not the challenge since it is quite normal. It's the way you deal with it or control it that will contribute to passing or failing in your weight loss goals.
