The scales were wrong!

Postby Fatfrizzy » Thu May 07, 2009 4:44 pm

Two weeks ago I got on the Wii fit and it told be I was 67 Kilo! I was so happy cause i thought i had lost 4 kilos! I couldn't believe it, so much so that I weighed myself again and I was actually 72 kilos. How cruel is that? :(

I don't think Wii Fit is all that accurate to be perfectly honest. I have it at home too and when I first got it it cruelly told me my weight (haha, had to admit that it was possible I was that heavy). Since being on a diet and exercise regime and losing about 6kgs (according to my normal scales) Wii Fit is telling me I have only lost 2kgs in that time which I know is just simply not correct.

So don't take their word as gospel, I would get a better set of scales to work off.
SW - 71 kg
CW - 65 kg
GW - 58 kg
Weight Loss so Far = 6kgs
Weight to go = 7kgs

OMG the same thing happened to me! I was 67 one week then 71 the next week!

I went and bought a set of digital ones from ALdi - $20!!! and unfortunately I am hovering at 69.6kg ish...

I will not use mu wii to weigh myself anymore! i find i can weigh my self 2 times, one after the other and weight will vary still...

I find mine very good, it's always within 200grams of my digital scales... I'll try weighing myself twice though and see if it changes!
