Still feeling a little rough at the moment. I've decided for the rest of this week I'm just going to relax a little. Not going to go over the top, but there's a whole lot of factors making it hard for me at the moment which will resolve themselves next week when I finish training and am back into my regularly scheduled program. So in the meantime, I'm going to do what I can when I can and not go over the top with food, but not be too severe on myself either. I figure a few days, even a kilo added is not much in the grand scheme of things.
