Don't worry Joan, I do the exact same thing... only much, much worse! At least you have the discipline to put it in a bowl first. I just eat it right out of the pot
I reckon I could eat a good couple of meals worth. And it doesn't stop there. I put the leftovers in the fridge (as you do
) and will then keep taking it out and eating it cold
I am lucky if there's any left over to eat later!
I have two in the fridge at the moment. Both have post-it notes stuck to them with messages reminding myself not to eat them unless it's dinner time.... and they're HOT
(It's kinda working so far, just caved once)
