i was making a casserole for dinner and i couldn't help myself i had to have a little bowl.... i feel so bad :cry: i shouldn't have had it but i couldn't resist does this happen to anyone else?

Not sure I understand. Was the casserole an off limit food? Or did you mean you were eating before dinner. If you do that perhaps just put less on your plate at dinner time.

Don't worry Joan, I do the exact same thing... only much, much worse! At least you have the discipline to put it in a bowl first. I just eat it right out of the pot :shock: I reckon I could eat a good couple of meals worth. And it doesn't stop there. I put the leftovers in the fridge (as you do :wink: ) and will then keep taking it out and eating it cold :shock: I am lucky if there's any left over to eat later!

I have two in the fridge at the moment. Both have post-it notes stuck to them with messages reminding myself not to eat them unless it's dinner time.... and they're HOT :D (It's kinda working so far, just caved once)
