Way to start the day... not

I got up this morning and had the worst breakfast. I usually have some yoghurt and bran or muesli but we were out of yoghurt so I thought bugger it no breaky today, then I stumbled across the couple of spare lolly bags from my daughters birthday party so breaky this morning consisted of 2 snack sized milky ways, a caramello koala, a jelly teeth lolly and a milko :oops: 309 calories on a few lollies :evil:

Feeling stupid for eating it and I regret it but feeling good that I only got stuck into one bag when there was 2 :wink:

aww i love my breaky i think it is my fave meal of the day! a bit of toast and some cereal yum yum.. pity about the lollies Julz but as you said you coulda very easily eaten the two! Plus you have the whole day to make up for it - a little extra exercsie and LOTS of water and those lollies will be out of your system!!
Arent your kids gonna be upset that you ate their lollies? :lol:

Definitely not a good start to the day Julz but as I see it, it was only 300 odd calories, chances are thats roughly whatyour breakfast cals are anyway so no real damage has been done, it was only one meal. Just stick to your normal healthy eating for the rest of the day and I would say that you would have well and truly redeemed yourself.

Not to worry, we have all done something similar before - maybe just go for a walk this arvo to make up for it?

chill hun! just dont let your mindset ruin the rest of the day! tell yourself off and then get straight back to normal!
