i had a red frog today. you know one of those allens ones? i felt so bad after it. :( thats the most sugar ive had in a week! lol. ah well, it just means i have to walk an extra 15 minutes this arvo!!!!

Hi Kate, This red froggy that you ate....I am not sure if you are following a program or not, but if you are does it fit in to your program?? Don't feel so bad, turn it into a positive..you only ate one, it could have been more! I think we need to get the idea of good and bad foods out of our heads and think of the high calorie/high fat foods as treats and use them as such. These foods can be part of our life as long as they don't rule our life (if that makes any sense!!) :lol:

well done :) we both weighed in the first time this week so go us!! im really looking forward to being on this new path :) we both have a long way to go but if we achieve a small goal every week or two we will be there before we know it!!!

oh my god, i'm baffled that you confessed about one red frog?! seriously!? you must eat very well and have a lot of willpower. if all i ate in one day that was bad was a red frog, i would be elated.
