Rochelle, you're not alone, I've done that too, usually one week before my menstruation.
For some reason the hormones seem to scream for cocoa but once their satisfied
you'll probably be good for the rest of the month, right?

Actually, I remember once my desire to have chocolate was so strong once (and there was none in the house) so I dived into the unsweetened cocoa powder box with a tablespoon a couple of times and all was well again.

I keep a block of Lindt 75% cocoa chocolate in the cupboard. It's actually supposed to be quite good for you and it isn't as moreish as dairy milk so you can have 1-2 squares with a cup of coffee and satisfy your craving without feeling like you have to eat the whole block and then you don't have to feel guilty. It's quite tasty too.

I used to be the same till I started Sureslim and I no longer have those cravings every month. I'm told that is because the plan I'm on has regulated my hormones so I'm very happy about that. :D
Now I only get the munchies and I can usually control that with a few dry crackers.

Fairie, how much does it cost to sign up with Sureslim?
If I can keep my hormones in control it might be worth me saving up for it.

Hi Dolly,

It cost me $50 upfront then $25 per week but you have to sign a contract for 9 months.

If you are wanting to check it out some more have a look at their Website/Forum and see what others have to say about it

I really love it :D

Hi Fairie, thanks for telling me about the costs and also for sharing your diet with us.
I went to visit that site address but it said I'll have to be registered to read the sureslim message board.
but I managed to find this site when I google searched http://sureslim.com.au/

Thanks again

Hi Dolly,

You don't have to be on Sureslim, just register with your username etc and then you can access the forum. :)
