ok here is what happened....it was last night after I posted my food diary. Everyone else had gone to bed and I was watching Grey's Anatomy and I had 1/2 a chicken and salad sandwich.(not that bad, but not that good neither!) I wasn't hungry, upset, angry or anything like that. Can't explain it and that confuses me. Hopefully it won't register too much as I am only 2 days off weigh in. Sorry just needed to get that off my chest!!

Sometimes we just eat stuff because it tastes good.
I'm thinking of enforcing a rule for myself to only eat at the diningroom table (even fruit) too often I find myself eating and drinking at the computer or TV.

hi ally
i think it is a habit of eating whilst watching tv. something to do with moving your hands. perhaps keep some sultanas or carrot and celery sticks cut up in the fridge so you can munch on them. its not like you had a block of choccy so at least you reached for something relatively healthy mate! thanks for confessing though!

Yeah, that could have been so much worse. Maybe you just needed an little extra something. I don't think it will have too much of a negative effect.

thanks guys, going to cut up some carrot and celerey and get some salsa dip when I go shopping today.....I know it could have been a lot worse, but I was just dumbfounded that it wasn't for any apparent reason!!! LOL

Could be habit Ally. I find even now on occasion that I want to reach for something to nibble whilst on the computer as I used to always have smarties on hand when I was on it.
