hahah yeah my other half is on the big side, so that makes it hard cus he doesnt watch what he eats either!
the other day we were shopping and he goes 'lets go get kfc for lunch' and im like 'are you INSANE!' and hes like 'what? i want kfc' and im like 'i'm trying to lose weight!' and hes lke 'ohh so i'm not allowed to have kfc anymore cus you can't?' and im like 'finally you're catching on!' haha so i made him have a healthy lunch.. he wasnt too impressed but oh well
i hit a massive brick wall a few weeks back, started putting weight on while doing 1 hr 30 min walks a day and eating well! didnt know what to do! so i had the weekend off, then started back the monday and instead of eating 3 meals a day, i started eating every 2 hrs and its done wonders. starting to lose weight again yay! probably didnt help that in the end, as a desperate measure, i was eating 1 banana through the day, exercising for 1 hr 30 min then eating dinner at night.. not enough food! but im back on track now
and if all goes well i'll be down to about 65-67 by xmas!
