doing that will only hurt you mentally, it's not going to equal anything on the scales. Don't punish yourself for having a snack, just make sure you work it off! Theres nothing wrong with indulging if you're watching the figures and counteract it with the relevant exercise!
If you keep punishing yourself for slipups here and there then you're not going to have a very happy weightloss journey. Extra exercise is not so much a punishment as its working in your favor. It's just mentally more drive, and I for one enjoy it!
So good luck for this week, and next time you're eyeing something off; think - Hmm, thats about 4km of running!
