Today Was Terrible

I ate 2 slices of pizza and four cookies as well as 2 bowls of cereal on top of what I was supposed to eat today.
I'm trying so hard not to stuff up that I end up stuffing up even more because I'm always thinking about food.
Being home alone for a week with a house full of food and no one to judge me certainly doesn't help either.
Oh well, at least I managed to do 45 minutes of exercise on the elliptical today.
Tomorrow will be better.

Lets hope you've supressed your cravings now.
I ate a whole pizza today and I'm meant to be on a strict diet before surgery. First time I did bad in a week and meant to be eating less than 500 calories a day. It happens. Don't try and get to the point where you're dreaming about food because you're so hungry - there's plenty of filling food out there with very little calories.

That's the spirit! Some people who ate what you just ate would already be panicking by now. You definitely have the correct mindset. Putting this day behind you and moving on is absolutely the right thing to do..
