It was a "sending-off lunch" for a colleague so I purchased the traditional meal - Pizza Hut thin and crispy pizzas for everyone in the office. One each.
They average 1200Kj per slice. I had all eight. There were leftovers so they went on a plate in the fridge. At 6pm I found myself alone in the office, still working away diligently and not downloading porn (in case my boss ever reads this post

Bad, bad Marc!
That's 12000Kj of pizza today, plus breakfast and the garlic bread that came with the pizzas.
It pretty much cancels out the gains I made this week, according to my food diary:
Mon: 55550 Kj
Tue: 5450 Kj
Wed: 4900 Kj
Thu: 5100Kj
Fri: 14,000 Kj
Bad boy. Hisssssssssssssssss!
On a good note, I have lost 4.7 kilos in the past 5 weeks.
