Flying o/s with my mate on Dec 17th and I'll have officially finished my schedule until early the new year then, so guess what I have the option of for breakfast of on fly out day?

1. The TRB...(Traditional R**** Brekkie): Bacon, eggs, tomato, hash brown, baked beans, sausage, mushrooms, caramelised onions – fresh rolls (or toast). Fresh Coffee, Tea and/or Orange Juice.

Or

2. The RBLT...(R****’s Bacon Lettuce Tomato): Big serve of Bacon, Tomato, Lettuce, Cheese, Caramelised Onions and egg (optional) wrapped in Toasted Turkish Bread and served with your choice of sauce along with a side of chips or potato wedges. Fresh Coffee, Tea and/or Orange Juice.

I chose a TRB with a RBLT to go :lol: :mrgreen: 8)
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Nah, the occasional treat day out is necessary for sanity. Just so long as they stay "sometimes foods" :wink:

Just adjusted for what I ate by lowering intake in my evening meal - same basic calories overall, not that I actually count them but I'm pretty atuned to the energy levels of particular foods by now, being a creature of habit helps too :mrgreen:
