I have a confession to make!
I have been so bad with food the last week or so, and I'm starting to notice it on the scales already.
We've had friends down from interstate, which has meant dinners, lunches and breakfasts out.
It was also my wife's birthday, which has meant drinking, dinners, BBQ's with family and of course, three days of left-overs afterwards.
This week, I'm really going to have to up the exercise and watch what I eat, I don't want to be throwing away the great progress I've been making lately.
Anyway, I thought that sharing my shame may help me from repeating the same mistakes.
