No problem there Pam . We all get weak at some stage .The thing we do is pick ourselves up , dust off and keep on track . We all need a little reward now and then .. with the loss u had this week u deserved a litlle treat .

:D yay i did it i gots over my craving whoooooo hooooooo .... i find that if i crave something sweet i have i couple of pickled onions ... then i dont feel like sweet stuff and the pickled onions have no points so id doesnt hurt my counting .... and it works . but then gotta brush teeth and use mouthwash lol

Hi everyone.

I have a confession to make!

I have been so bad with food the last week or so, and I'm starting to notice it on the scales already.

We've had friends down from interstate, which has meant dinners, lunches and breakfasts out.

It was also my wife's birthday, which has meant drinking, dinners, BBQ's with family and of course, three days of left-overs afterwards.

This week, I'm really going to have to up the exercise and watch what I eat, I don't want to be throwing away the great progress I've been making lately.

Anyway, I thought that sharing my shame may help me from repeating the same mistakes.

This weeks weigh in won't be much fun!:oops:
