shyt ate two pieces of deep fried crumbed fish, tasted ok lol but dang worked so hard for the 3kg loss already dunno why I even compomised it with deep fried food, it is only day 4 and already slipped up.
More will power coming this way!

Yeah it sucks, but tomorrow is a new day. Start fresh today and make the changes you need to. Try and learn from it and avoid putting yourself in a similar situation again. It's a journey, you gotta stay in the game! Good luck!

As much as possible I stay away from deep fried food. Lol. :D They will put on too much in my body.
