I thought i would confess my fod sins tonight before bed
(hehe) today was going really well up until 3.00pm. We have had fires 20 kms from where i am and another 50 kms . All the smoke has triggered bad memories form a couple of yearsago . So what did Jules do . She dived straight for the rasberry lollies 2.00$ worth . Then it was a chicken burger from the takeaway store and 6 pieces of rocky road choccie block . I now feel like a bloated whale .
Will go for long walk tomorrow if not smokedyfied or do the three mile walk away pounds inside

Darn it dam dam dam just when i was going so well
 need to kick my butt and go to the naughty corner

Hay Hushpuppy - don't beat your self up over it. I think under the circumstances I would have done the same thing. Just jump back on track tomorrow. Hope everything is ok down there. Best of luck. :)

Get back on track Jules and the bloated feeling should go. Doing some exercise will certainly help. I may have to look into these walk away the pounds DVD's they sound quite good.
