I love coffee and cant stay away from it. I am so used to having a coffee every morning its like something is missing if a skip it. I know some people believe its not that bad for weight loss but I know that it affect my energy levels badly.
I dont want to drink too much coffee because it highly acidic which is not good for the pH levels in your body. Each time I stop drinking coffee and other acidic foods my energy levels goes up. I also feel much better overall and i hate to ruin that feeling by drinking coffee.
Im going to try replace my habit of drinking coffee with green tea which is much better for the body
