I get really upset when I make poor choices...I had a large mocha today and a chocolate biscuit and I KNOW it's bad for me and I COULD have avoided it but I didn't!!! I HATE myself right now!!!!!

UGH, actually having a huge cry. I feel like I'm so fat on the days that I do things like this!!!

Okay, so you had something does doesn't fit in with your plan. Chin up - it's not so bad.

Tomorrow is another day to make up for it all. Get up and go for a fast paced walk and have an apple and feel all smug because of it. :mrgreen:

Do NOT let a biscuit and a drink derail your good work and plans so far!
