JP it is different this time.
You are doing the hard yards and working out how to make your healthy lifestyle work 24/7 for the rest of your life.
You understand now that this journey is in two parts.
Part one is getting to goal weight.
Part two is keeping it off for the rest of your life! 8)

1 large Domino's cheese and pepperoni pizza in all it's greasy glory, my first pizza of 2014 and very nice it was too!

1 regular packet of crisps/chips

2 packets of Mentos and 2 packets of Tic Tac's

A few meals where the portions were no doubt too much or double even!

Too much bread incl a few slices of Garlic Bread

That's about the worst of it.. I did think about chocolate but didn't partake, call me a saint..

Falling off the wagon was bad enough...but did you have to have it back up and run over you a few more times?

Oh well...time for St John to do his penance.
If you want to reach goal you're really got to pull your head in and work very hard from now on!

Glad that you are back on the board. I was all set to send the police dogs out to find the body!

Unfortunately that was just the start of what turned out to be an absolute avalanche of biblical pro(portions), l wouldn't even know where to start in any kind of confessional so I'm just drawing a line underneath pre Aug 25th and starting afresh..

I think you are right John...their is no value in going over the sins of the past.
Just try to figure what the triggers were and find ways to avoid that behaviour in the future.
The details of what was eaten and when aren't that important...the bigger picture is! 8)
