so much for the christmas challenge

Postby Leenie » Wed Dec 20, 2006 9:35 am

not only have i not really done anything for the christmas challenge, i went on schoolies a couple of weeks ago and put on 3kg ( i guess that is what happens when all you do is eat and drink for a week, but i did play alot of sport on the beach). i think i am now back to my original weight now, so i'm back to starting from scratch. lets see how i go this time.

I agree with Slimmin, Leenie you can't change what has happened, but I bet you had a great time?? Just knuckle down after the Christmas/New Year Festivities and you will be fine!!!
