I caved in

Postby Lolly » Wed Jan 03, 2007 3:55 pm

and ate some hot chips at work today :(

I only had 8 of them and that was enough damage and enough bloody awful food to give me heartburn for the rest of the afternoon - NEVER AGAIN

I have counted them in my calories and have to be super careful for the rest of the day now

Okies, lesson learnt I think.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Don't worry Lolly we all have times like this. The important thing is to learn from it. Remember how you felt after the chips, not just physically but mentally/emotionally as well and bring that memory back the next time you are faced with the same situation.

Well done for stopping at 8! :D

Hey Lolly as Kim said we all have times that are going to try us and the important thing is that we learn from it!!

If you love hot chips, don't despair as you can get the McCain's healthy choice ones. this means that you can still enjoy your chips and know that it is the healthier option. Just remember portion sizing....100g of them = 1 carbohydrate serving and you will be fine!!
