Yesterday I didn't prepare for work as I usually do. I forgot to take lunch with me and ended up having a bowl of soup (not too bad - only 100cals) and a small piece of fish that was battered that I took the batter off. So, by the time I finished work I had only eated about 400 cals.
So, when I left work I was STARVING and Thursday is generally takeaway night for the kids in our house - I had nothing prepared at home and ended up eating MACCAS for dinner!!!
I had 7 days straight without a major blowout on my calorie counting, have been drinking water like there is no tomorrow and then yesterday I stuffed up bigtime.
I am angry at ME, for being weak at the drivethrough, I could have had a salad but NO I went for what I used to have and after I ate it all, I had a belly ache all night
