and hungover :cry:

I think I drank more than a days calories last night - I feel bloody awful and I *think* I stopped drinking water between drinks at about drink no.5 :(

I did dance all night and had my pedometre on - I did 18000 steps in 7 hours last night so I hope my norti night on the demon drink didn't do too much damage..... :oops:

All the nibblies we had for dinner last night were of the low fat variety though.
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

get back on the wagon! alcohol is weight loss's worst enemy its amazing how many calories can be in liquid! my new years resolution was to stop drinking, and i havent had a drink this year :) you can minimise the damage by having water between drinks (you did a good job of that, it can be hard once youve had a few) and also mixing alcohol with diet drinks really cuts down the calories. its all a learning curve and we have to let our hair down sometimes!

I just went and put last nights excesses into calorie king............

I drank 2 DAYS of calories last night :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

today is a new day, tomorrow is long gone. go for a walk and remember you have the opportunity to start fresh today and keep your calories under

focus on what you can do today Lolly you cant change the past , you'll be right just get back into it, drink lots of water and kick up the exercise a little this week and you'll forget about it in no time 8)
