get back on the wagon! alcohol is weight loss's worst enemy its amazing how many calories can be in liquid! my new years resolution was to stop drinking, and i havent had a drink this year
you can minimise the damage by having water between drinks (you did a good job of that, it can be hard once youve had a few) and also mixing alcohol with diet drinks really cuts down the calories. its all a learning curve and we have to let our hair down sometimes!
