hehe Milo - these things happen - some extra time on the treadie tonight to even it up a little bit perhaps? Don't be one of these people that go "well i've already eaten something bad i might as well keep going" :wink:

Milo you are not completely off the wagon, just hanging over the side a little - climb back on girl and you will feel good about yourself again and laugh at this slip up.

The good thing is that it's a new week now...you can put the weekend behind you and focus on all the healthy choices you will make this week.

If I could find a ticker for measurements it would say I'm on the way from a waist measurement of 134cm to one of 70cm (currently at 129cm)
