Well I have just got back from 3 nights of camping. I DID start with healthy intentions. In fact I stayed up till midnight cooking pita chips to take so i wouldn't have to eat regular chips. It didn't quite turn out that well though. There was a group of us and I caved and ate what they did. Bacon and eggs for breaky THREE mornings in a row. We also had pavlova for Australia day and I had TWO (big) slices. Not to mention the amount of alcohol consumed. Anyway, my w/e of indulgence is over. This week I am making up for my 'sins' and increasing my activity level. Wow how my attitude has changed!
