Please forgive my weightloss sins

Postby Lolly » Sat Mar 03, 2007 9:45 pm

I have been so naughty the last few days with all the packing etc that has been going on.

Last night I had pizza for dinner - blew out the day by 400cals

Tonight it was a hamburger and chips - blew out by 7cals

OMG What bad things await me this coming week

On the upside, I have been going at a hundred miles an hour so I have probably burnt it all off
Every day I am getting thinner and thinner.....

Lolly, stop worrying about what is going into your mouth and start worrying about what is going in the boxes.

That's what happens when you move you burn alot of calories with the effort of moving but you are somtimes out of your limit or comfort zone of the right food choice to eat, mabe keep a bowl of fruit to the side so you are eating somthing healthy & don't be so hard on yourself Just get back into it when you settle into your home

Take it easy Lolly.....or you are going to blow a gasket!! I hate the stress of packing and moving and food choices are always hard, but go and get yourself some Lean cuisines or the like and some steam fresh vege sachets.......pop them in the microwave and you have dinner in 15 minutes tops and it is well within your calorie limits....if you are buying lunches out head to subway or a sandwich bar so you can order what you want, not just what they serve you......keep fruit and yoghurts and crackers on hand for snacks and most importantly stop for a meal break.....that way you can control what you are eating.

Judy you are a gem!!! Nothing like a straight talking sister!!

Don't be too hard on yourself Lolly and the gals have given you some excellent advice re the healthy snacks and meals.

You're doing great and will be fine once the packing is done. Much more to go?

Ok I have the kids bedrooms all packed up. Judy came over and helped me navigate the skateboard and bike cemetry that Goof calls his bedroom

Just the lounge room (some of it is done), my bedroom, the dining room and kitchen to go and then a whooooooooole heap of cleaning

I don't think I will sleep at all this week from the stress. I went to bed last night at 9.30 and was up at 5am and have been going for most of the day and it is rooooly rooooly hot and sticky - at least Judy and I got a good old fashioned workout today

Bob is taking a day off on Thursday (he only has a 4 day week) but I have to work all week - especially since last week we only did a 3 1/2 day week because of flooding in the office so we need to make up for those days off

If I have it all packed up and ready to go on Thursday, Bob is going to start moving stuff out there on Friday with one of his workmates and Goof to help a bit too so hopefully this time next week, I will be posting that I am now officially a farm girl - that is if my internet is working then - I did organise the phone and net for Friday but we will see....
