So I started this week with good intentions! Monday was good, Tuesday was ok, Wednesday was terrible and so was the rest of the week.
I am disappointed with myself.... it was a simple LOW GI Diet and I failed.
Take Two this week - I will endeavour to follow the diet properly and exercise! I am joining the gym tomorrow, so that will be a good way to start!
