:( Fell off the wagon

Postby AndieS79 » Sun Mar 11, 2007 11:52 am

So I started this week with good intentions! Monday was good, Tuesday was ok, Wednesday was terrible and so was the rest of the week. :(
I am disappointed with myself.... it was a simple LOW GI Diet and I failed.

Take Two this week - I will endeavour to follow the diet properly and exercise! I am joining the gym tomorrow, so that will be a good way to start!

Thanks for reading guys - just had to put it in writing, now I have no excuse not to do it!

Hey Andie, don't beat yourself up about it. Today is a new day and as Kate says, it will take some practice to develop and maintain some new good habits. You can do it! :D

Andie that was my week down to a T. I often find it hard to get back on track if I have a bad week, but have started again today - no time like the present :!: Chin up. The gym is a good start. Once you start exercising again, you will find your eating plan so much easier to stick to. :D

Good plan joining the gym Andie and it's not easy to always stay on track but at least you are still giving it a go. All the best and keep striving ahead. :D
