It's not a nice feeling when you fall of the wagon (I've been there, done that) but know and believe in yourself that you have the strength and determination to continue with your healthy eating the following day.

A member wrote something along these lines in a post 'we are imperfect creatures so we can't be perfect all the time', which is absolutely true, so the only thing to do is to continue on your path and know that there might be a detour once in a while put you can face them and keep trucking on. All the best Jules. :D

Hey Jules, good on you for confessing. I honestly believe that being honest with yourself is half the battle. I was denying and ignoring my bad habits for the longest time.

But don't forget to focus on the good things you've been doing, too. One slip up doesn't negate all the hard work you've done to date.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Jules I can totally sympathise with you. I have had a whole week of eating like that. I have gone waaaaay over my calories for the week, and felt like a blimp. But fortunately for me I have a pair of clown shoes (really big ones) and kicked myself in the butt with them and got back on track yesterday. I can lend them to you if you like.

Hey Ally did you steal Ronald McDonald's shoes? Frankly I find Ronnie a bit creepy myself!

All the best Jules, we have all had days, weeks and/or weekends like that.
