Typical Easter for me

Postby Puffer » Tue Apr 10, 2007 8:44 pm

I ate a tonne of chocolate, and I also have a tonne left in the fridge which I know I will polish off in the next few days.

I just can't control myself!

Yeah chuck it out or give it to somone else. eating it will only set you back, if you can't controll you self, it will taste nice at the time but on the other hand it will make you deressed by saying why did I eat it

I agree, either throw it out, or find someone to give it to. Someone on here suggested a while ago to store choccy in the freezer, so it's not as easy to eat. I have never tried it, but it might work...

Easter leftovers are the worst :(

LOL frozen chocolate works the same way as just plain cold chocolate Sarah.

Seriously Christina, get rid of it very quickly. Do you have friends with kids who might like it? Or possibly donate it to the local nursing home?

Judy :D

Ugh! I didn't come to the forum yesterday and I ate all my leftover chocolate already

Then I went grocery shopping and I bought some chicken crimpy chips even though I KNOW I won't be able to control myself and I ate all of those too

I think I need to read some of the journals on here, they always make me feel motivated and a bit silly for being so weak !

HI Christina...one of the best things you can do is just forget about it, learn from it and move on darl....dont dwell on, but by the same token, if you know that you cannot control a certain food, under no circumstances buy it or have it in the house......easier said than done at times, but it really helps!!
