I did my grocery shopping on tuesday, on a very tight budget. I was doing so well, walking past the cheap Arnotts Shapes and everything til I got to the frozen goods. My supermarket is rearranging, and they were doing a clearance thing and I just lost my mind and picked up 2 boxes of pepper steak pies, a box of pizzas, and 2 packs of sausages. Top it off with a block of full fat cheese. AND i picked up the shapes on the way back to the checkout!!!!!!!
I then ate 3 pies and a pizza and the shapes and half the cheese over the next 3 days. Almost cried when I stepped on the scales.
BUT then my Dad dropped around, and I gave the lot to him
Let my Mum and him and my brother get chubby, I learnt my lesson. It may be cheap and 'too good to pass up' but in the end it was a waste of money because I gave it away. Now I have less yummy low fat food to last me, and its noones fault but my own.
