Hi all, having a bad week and just can't stop eating!! Literally, even when i am full I just want something else and I'm been going through choccie like it's going out of fashion.

I need to stop NOW

Need to go back to a planned menu with times when I can eat I think.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I had a stint like that a couple of weeks ago - where I would eat and then just eat for the sake of eating .... even if I was full I still ate and it was chocolate that I wanted.
2008 - my year to be great!!

me too guys must be that time of year. its so hard to regain focus. I think I have , i've been good for a week. Damn chocolate cravings :twisted:

i hate days like that. you can get over it tegan, drink lots of water to curb those food cravings!

I have those moments just before winter starts every year.. it's gotten cold here in Adelaide today and I've even had to put the heater on here at work :shock:

I've started leaving my money at home each day so I can't be tempted to stop and get something or go to the shop at lunch time to go get anything. I might have to start taking my hubby with me for extra encouragment when I get fuel because I have to stop myself getting either a Farmers Union Chocolate milk or a chockie of some form. It's bad!!!!

I've been reverting to having Soda Water with a couple of drops of Apple and Kiwi cordial in it and so far so good coz it's working. Here's hoping I don't get sick of Apple and Kiwi cordial. :roll:

I know the seasons have turned because my achilles started aching today :( brrrr!

Good on you for posting, Dawn. I've been indulging in the samples at my sister's chocolate shop a little too often and now have to curb those powerful sugar cravings again.

I hope you get your eating plans sorted out really soon :) You can do it!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

I was like that 2-3 weeks ago it felt like that it lasted forever. Thankfully I have stopped & back on track this week.

it's because it's so cold... we want to eat more food to warm our bodies up with fat. it's human nature... at least that's what i've been telling myself today :oops:
