I have to confess I had to change my ticker the wrong way today. Since I have moved to newcastle. I have gained weight ( 4kg) until I had to establish myself here, first before I could get back on track again which is this week, I was to afraid to weigh myself until I started going back to the gym so I not happy about the weight gain but there was nothing I could do about it because of not working, lack of exercise & not eating as healthy as i would like. I think I was a bit down because I can't work at the moment as I can be a workaholic because of kids & especially warrens work for the next 8 weeks & I was so use to going to the gym all the time.
I making a weight loss pledge: As of today 23rd May 2007 Richelle Sherwood will not be 81KG again & aim to have a mini goal to loss 5kg. I will go to the gym as much as I can as there is nothing stopping me at the moment as I dont work 5-6 nights anymore & have a proper sleeping time other than 3am in the morning & try new thing at the gym like boxing & pole dancing when ever I get the chance.
it doesnt surprise me mate that you have slipped up a bit because i reckon anyone in the midst of moving and with a family to look after would have to have super man powers to lose weight the proper way !!! dont get yourself down about it. im sure you will be losing that weight in no time. ive been watching your exercise diary and you are doing well!
